Welcome Welcome Welcome, All of you who no longer read this forum! im TAKING OVER!!! well atleast this thread. Ive decided that i will be doing another bulk session. i normally do it during the fall, but life bitch slapped my me and turned me into a little bitch... there was no beard... no fat and some tears.. well the new year is coming and im going to start pregaming! Ive recieved my job offer... my ankle is better and im going to be training for work for like the next 3 months, starting in jan. so i figure... why not put on that mass ive always wanted... so hear i am, proposing my challenge to you so called "p2the3" guys... im gonna be gaining weight... i bet i can gain more in 3 months then you can lose in 3 months... whats the winner get... i dunno we shall see who takes up the challenge... also when offical start date is as well

goal weight is gonna be 185 by mid-late march thats 22 lbs! most ive gain in a semester is 15ish? new apporach is going to be 1/2 gallon of milk a day with protein powder and 3 solid meals
i havent worked out caloric needs but im guessing ill need to start with somewhere around 2500-3k

GAME IS ON PEOPLE! I hope you all take up this challenge with me whether it is gaining or losing weight. just living a fit and active lifestyle will make you look younger.. and some of your are in your 30s :P

well its been a slow start getting adjusted and moved in *sorta*, but im still sticking to it. i have my gym membership and have continually been shoving food down my throat.. ok i actually havent really been eating rediculous meals but more.. and its paid off so far.. the scale at the gym said i was at 169 the other day, and thats with shoes and gym clothes on.. so relatively light items of clothing. im going to continue to weigh myself every monday and keep track of my progress that way. hopefully every week i see a gain and if that happens ill add something new to the diet.

Im hoping Feb. is when the magic starts to happen. ill be in a school environment so if i can get a meal in for breakfast and much throughout the day and have lunch then munch til supper i should be set!

i started a new lifting routine designed more around muscle developement then strength gains. its call german volume training.. and its kicking my ass, i love it

172.8 the on tuesday.. the goal of about 2-3 lbs a week as so far been good... the month of feb should be a cake walk... ill be in classes all the time and be given meals very scheduled.. that and my 25$ credit limit for company meals i should be good... im thinking steaks every night for awhile

well its the end of training in oklahoma city... i weighed myself last night after supper and was 183.7 and today around 181.x... i have 2 more weeks i dont know if i will seriously aim for the goal of 185 or not... depends on what the food in houston during lunch looks like... then again i did buy 12lbs of weight gainer i need to use up...

either way come april im cutting back down.. its summer time down south and i need to kick in high gear.. so the next log you will see is operation jackknife. a lean cut til may 15
